Fullstakrs LLC d/b/a Commonweal
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fullstakrs LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company, doing business as Commonweal ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using any of our properties you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
These Terms apply to all properties operated by Fullstakrs LLC d/b/a Commonweal:

All content, design, code, logos, and trademarks on our Properties are owned by or licensed to Fullstakrs LLC. The Commonweal name and logo, and the names and logos of Cruelty Check, Waypointer, and Benefitter, are trademarks of Fullstakrs LLC.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or proprietary materials without prior written consent. You may link to our Properties provided you do so in a way that is fair and does not damage our reputation.
Our Properties may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Our Properties are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Properties will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fullstakrs LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Properties.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00), or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
Cruelty Check aggregates information from multiple third-party cruelty-free databases. Brand policies change frequently. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of cruelty-free verdicts. Results should be used as a starting point for your own research, not as a definitive certification. Always verify directly with a brand or a recognized certification body (such as Leaping Bunny or PETA) before making purchasing decisions.
Inclusion or exclusion of a brand in our results is not an endorsement or condemnation of that brand by Fullstakrs LLC.
Benefitter provides estimates of potential eligibility for public benefit programs. These estimates are not a determination of eligibility and do not constitute legal, financial, or government advice. Eligibility decisions are made solely by the administering government agency. Program rules and benefit amounts change frequently.
Benefitter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated in partnership with any federal, state, or local government agency. If you believe you may qualify for a benefit, contact the relevant agency or a qualified benefits counselor directly.
Waypointer provides community resource and navigation information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of any resource listing. Hours, locations, and services change. Always confirm directly with a resource provider before relying on information in the app. Waypointer is not a substitute for emergency services — if you or someone else is in danger, call 911.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any or all of our Properties at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms cease. Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms at any time and will indicate the revision date above. Material changes will be announced on the relevant Property. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
